Plaster Relief Concept

My idea came to be all at once in a flash of a picture in my head. The picture of my sketch is fuzzy because of poor lighting. It depicts hands in the act of 'cat's cradle', with the strings suspending a human heart. It is conceptual of 'life as a game', but also the devastating ache of this notion. Something so important as a heart could be dependent on the design of the kid's game.

I want a shallow cast of hands with mostly the finger tips protruding. This will allow a base to more easily be formed behind the focus, more reminiscent of a relief sculpture. The heart I may be able to sculpt out of clay and cast it with plaster, or I will leave it as it is. The string I have from my previous project.

I don't entirely know if it's possible, but this is what I came up with brainstorming with no materials in front of me.
